debra austria was founded in 1995 as a support group for parents and doctors  for children with Epidermolysis Bullosa (eb). EB is a genetic still incurable skin disease, the slightest mecanical stress leads the skin to blister or crack. A specialised clinic is in the process of being built in Salzburg, Austria.
